My favorite Youtube shows in Spanish:
POCOYO - excellent pace and imagery for little kids (and big ones alike) to follow along and enjoy.
Little Einsteins in Spanish - also fun with great vocab sets introduced in each episode.

Another favorite Youtube channel for little kids is the MindyMarisa channel - music videos in Spanish that teaches numbers, days, months, colors, etc.

2014 Resources mentioned at NCAIS:

Google Sites - creates free website for classroom use & has MANY templates to choose from.
